    This place had placed several menus at our hotel, and we passed it on our way back after a long travel day.

    I popped in and asked the very friendly owner , how long for a carryout ?  7- 8 minutes!

    I inquired is it truly a NY Style?

    Yes of course!

    $5.25 for a small
    or $5.79 for a 14 inch large

    And sure enough , moments pater we left with a hot thin, pizza.

    It was so large, that we shared 2 slices with the hotel clerk , David, who was very appreciative

    The pizza reminded me a lot of 112 Bistro /Fresco's

    To sum it up in one word...  meh!

    I was driving by, and noticed the sign, so I wipped in the parking lot.  The building was unappealing from the outside, and no better once I walked through the door, but I didn't let that deter my mission of filling my stomach full with delicious pizza, because I've had really great food from much worse looking establishments.

    Let's get down to the nitty-gritty.  The pizza was not my style.  The dough was flavorless, almost like cardboard.  The sauce was slightly on the sweet side, and I didn't like it.  The toppings didn't seem to be of good quality. Can't say I'll go back to this place.

    Called to order for delivery. Order taker was impatient with me and wanted me to hurry up.  Pretty much said "Hurry up!"  Too many other restaurants in the area to spend my money with.  Glad I didn't spend it here.

    Advice:  Your customer service sucks. Please work on it.

    No, no, no.  i stopped in this place on my way to City Dragon and decided to give it a shot.  They had a "special" of 10 wings with fries so I decided to order that.  I stood in the front waiting for someone to come take my order for quite a while.  The man wasn't friendly in the least.  He told me it would take about 10 minutes.  It took over 20.  Both the wings and fries were overcooked.  The fries were dark brown, some even darker which told me they put in older fries as well.  I should've kept going on to City Dragon where the food is always consistently fresh.  Palermo could be really good if the people cared about their establishment and took a little pride in what they are doing, but my sense was they just don't really care.  I will not go back.

    Ordered online and waited a whole hour before I got a call from Grubhub that Palermo Pizza cancelled my order because they were "backed up"

    I called when I placed my order to make sure I'd get it - the owner ASSURRED me I'd get my order. Full of baloney. The owner couldn't even call me - they got Grubhub to do it! Some BS.
